Fitting and custom adjustments is an important part of apparel sewing, we go over the most common adjustments you may need when making Aria.

The Aria is a fun, quick sew with interesting details. We’ll start the sew along by gathering supplies and cutting the pattern pieces. Let’s begin!

We’ll begin the sewing portion of the Aria Sew Along by staystitching and interfacing the neckline before sewing the shoulder seams.

Follow these steps to sew and clean finish the bias neckline of View A.

Continue here if sewing the faced neckline. Here we’ll create and finish the faced neckline of View A or B and sew the ties for View B.

We’ll finish up the main portion of the Aria by sewing the side seams and hem.

If sewing the Mini Aria, View A (high back) requires a button-back opening. The construction is slightly different from the adult version.
