Fitting and custom adjustments is an important part of apparel sewing, we go over the most common adjustments we have seen for the Farrah pattern.

The Farrah is a great skill builder pattern with its bodice design and armhole gussets. Find all the help you’ll need in the Farrah Sew Along. Let’s get started!

We’ll begin sewing by staystitching the necklines and sewing the sleeve ruffles for View A or front ruffle for View B.

Continuing construction, we’ll sew and attach the yoke to the front and back bodice pieces.

Here we’ll cover attaching the ruffle sleeves (View A), followed by sewing the side seams and mitered hem for all views.

It’s time to finish your Farrah. Let’s sew the underarm gussets and finish the armholes.
