VICTORY SEW ALONG

Everything you need to know about the Victory Tank is in this post: size charts, pattern illustrations, and more.

If you’re looking for a little inspiration to get started on your Victory we have fabric recommendations and RTW looks to check out.

Fitting and custom adjustments is an important part of apparel sewing, we go over the most common adjustments we have seen for the Victory.

The Victory Tank is a great summer staple and perfect under layer in cooler weather. Let’s get started!

Now that pieces have been cut, it’s time to begin sewing. Let’s start with the center back seams and C/D cup darts.

Here we’ll attach and stitch the lining and main fabric at the neckline for View A.

The View B neckline is our next installment. First, we’ll attach the straps and then stitch the lining and main fabric necklines together.

With your neckline sewn, it’s time to clean finish the armholes and stitch up the side seams.

We’re nearing the finish line. Now let’s hem the main fabric and lining.
