4. SEW THE SIDE FRONT TO THE CENTER FRONT BODICE FOR THE MAIN AND LINING
Pin and sew the side front bodice to the center front bodice. Repeat for the lining.

Trim the seam to half. We posted an IG reel sharing why we prefer trimming seam allowances HERE.

Press the seam allowance towards the side seams. A pressing ham can help press the curved shape.

5. SEW THE CENTER FRONT BODICE SEAM
With the right sides together, sew the bodice center front seams. Repeat for the lining. Press the seams open.


6. SEW THE SIDE BACK TO THE CENTER BACK BODICE FOR THE MAIN AND LINING
Pin and sew the side back bodice to the center back bodice. Repeat for the lining.


Press the seams open. A pressing ham can help press the curved shape.

7. SEW THE BODICE SIDE SEAMS | SLEEVE VIEW ONLY
With the right sides together, sew the main bodice side seams together. Repeat for the lining. Press the seams open. Finish the lining hem with an overlock or fold and press the hem, wrong sides together at 3/8" (1 cm) to prep for hemming. If omitting the back ties, skip to step 10.
