The Pixie Tee is a dropped shoulder oversized tee. View A has short sleeves and gathered hem ties. View B has long sleeves and hem bands. View C has a regular hem. All views offer a dress option and the short and long sleeves are interchangeable.

Fitting and custom adjustments is an important part of apparel sewing, we go over the most common adjustments we have seen for the Waterfall.
The Pixie Tee is a fun, quick sew and a wardrobe staple with multiple sleeve lengths as well as dress and tee views. Let’s get started!
We’ll begin the sewing portion of the sew along by creating the hem ties (View A) then sewing the shoulder seams and neckband for all views.
If you’ve chosen to sew short sleeves, this will walk you through attaching and hemming them. After the sleeve details, we’ll cover sewing the side seams for View A (gathered hem ties).
Here we’ll cover sewing the long sleeves and attaching the cuffs as well as side seams for views B and C.
In this last post, we’ll discuss sewing the regular, banded, and tied hems. Give your Pixie one last press, and you are finished!
